Deck Builders refurbished our old, tired screened in porch. We are extremely happy with the results! All structural issues were thoroughly addressed and the finishes are lovely. We couldn't believe how shoddy the prior build had been and we are so happy knowing that we can now safely use the space. Ricardo and his crew are highly recommended.

Ricardo and Randall were great to deal with. They provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision as to how we wanted the new deck to look. They were also available at any time if I had any questions. Once we decided on what we wanted I discussed and received estimates from 2 other contractors. Deciding on Deck Builders was an easy decision. They came and provided us with detailed drawings and a Very detailed estimate as to what each step in the process would be. Randall was extremely helpful in making sure the material and colors were acceptable to us. I was amazed at the amount of time it took to demolish the existing deck and get the site ready for new construction. The two workers worked extremely hard and paid very close attention to detail. The cost was close to what we were expecting to pay. The only issue was that they couldn't provide the type financing that we were looking for and one other contractor did offer a good type financing. That didn't affect our decision but could have if the the people we were dealing with didn't go out of their way to provide the type service we wanted. we would recommend Deck Builders if you are looking to have a Deck Builty or replaced
